I had a noise I was convinced was a bearing on mine when I had it. Turned out to be a build up of rust on the outer edge of the disc just rubbing in the Caliper. Worth a quick check of that with the wheels off before you go buying any new parts.

Yeah if the switches are working you will see the values changed between 0 and 1. Try a new clutch switch and it should work.

Think mvb will be measuring blocks. When you go into them and work the stalk you should see the values change When I did my install it wouldn’t work and a check of the measuring blocks showed that I had a faulty clutch pedal switch.

It’s one of the custom made ones off eBay. Think it’s made in Poland.

Should have a look and see if any near you has vagcom and get it scanned or even log some data to see everything is ok.

No spacers mate and doesn't rub at all. 235/40/18 tyres.

If it comes upto 90 when in traffic but then drops down on the open road could be the thermostat needing changed.

Worked ok for me mate. Doing the tears I loosened the subframe bolts to drop it about an inch and undid the roll bar links. Managed to get the compressors in and compress springs enough to lever out then was easier putting the h&r springs back in. Fronts worked fine for me as well. Went easy...
