I had a noise I was convinced was a bearing on mine when I had it.
Turned out to be a build up of rust on the outer edge of the disc just rubbing in the Caliper.
Worth a quick check of that with the wheels off before you go buying any new parts.
Think mvb will be measuring blocks.
When you go into them and work the stalk you should see the values change
When I did my install it wouldn’t work and a check of the measuring blocks showed that I had a faulty clutch pedal switch.

The pistons needs to be turned as well as pressed.
The fronts just press back with a clamp.
Easier to do the rears if you have a calliper wind back tool.

Have a read at this guide. Look at stage 14. I did this with mine when I did the conversion.
You should just need to trim the piece in stage 14 to cover the gap.

Worked ok for me mate. Doing the tears I loosened the subframe bolts to drop it about an inch and undid the roll bar links. Managed to get the compressors in and compress springs enough to lever out then was easier putting the h&r springs back in.
Fronts worked fine for me as well. Went easy...
