I did scan it with vag com/vcds, only fault thrown up was the n75 as I unplugged it when it was running

Yeah kind of tbh, but will rev all way round when not under load , as soon as driving in gear it throws a hissy , I eliminated misfire as due to when I unplug the n75 it will drive like a normal 1.8 with no hiccups

I have bought a GT2871R and I want the most out of it and I know already the rods won't hold so I am trying to figure out if I need Wossner Pistons with them or will the standard Pistons hold up ? If they will hold I will just re ring them and get one piece valves and re stem seal gaskets etc,

I'm guessing a vac leak, the throttle body is clean but does have droplets of oil in :/ air intake temp was oily I cleaned it and put it back in and the maf is a after market one with a CDA carbon induction .

why not go garret GT2871R ? this is what revo suggest also capable of upto 400bhp

The sort of power I was looking at was revo stage 3 with the turbo upgrade , 550cc injectors and intercooler etc , but that was definitely interesting about the custom map instead of the generic
