    Only reason I point at this as I had this valve replaced and it fixed my issue. Sure I was around 30+ and was able to do job there and then. However I then went onto replacing turbo, timing kit, clutch flywheel both engine mounts lol next up suspension and this is were I'm stuck.

    Well under warranty you won't be caring about cost so that's a plus point. I feel like paying audi a visit myself :-/

    Pretty sure it's chain driven But if you read back what feels like several hundred pages I'm sure someone has mentioned a few engine codes with blb bre etc. Saving up the now to get my own converted. Out of interest what you getting done under warranty.

    I have read that it can be a job but like you and 3/4 of posts on here says needs must. I'm already at the panicking stage it's basically all I have done since buying the car lol. Need to talk nice to the wife and order this part up pronto thanks again for your time ;-)

    Hi just bought 05 A4 B7 and yes it is a BLB engine and yes I'm bricking it incase I have to replace the lot, so I'm looking to see if there's any place in Scotland or am I Aswell just to send it off somewhere for the gear conversion? Any tips. Cheers .D.
