Ok thanks,but if u left everything in place but just pulled back the rack gator on the left(passenger) side,then shook the wheel side-to-side,you can clearly see the ram moving about inside the rack. Are you just replacing it with another 'used' steering rack mate?

Ideally that's what I want to do too mate! Do you think the ones from Greece would be a good buy or do they sound too cheap? Bosch ones are about £180/set u see! And the next decent ones behind them are over £130/set!
