    Tdi injection pump problem

    Hi, I have vw lt 2.5TDi. I try to adjust timing with Ross-Tex. Timing value is always 38 it is not changing when do adjustments. Fuel temp is changing, but timing always 38. Using VCDS basic group 000 block 2. Any suggestion?
