It depends how you're funding this. If PCH no, if PCP hell no. If you are buying outright, then matrix lights are good. Not worth the extra £££ the usual LEDs are fine. I've experience of both on a B9.5 A4 Avant and A5 Sportback
If you're funded by VWFS then you are fine. The company it uses, BCA, is known to be extremely lenient - not to massive extents but to sensible judgements and not following the check list word for literal word when they inspect.
It should just be toggled via the headlight stalk for main beam on or off. For the feature you want it should come up on the dash with the lights icon in blue (as normal) when activated but with AUTO written below the icon.
Big deals can be had - i got my 2020MY A5 S-Line Sportback for evern cheaper per month on PCH than ridiculously cheap the 2018MY A5 S-Line Sportback on PCH I was replacing. A4 Avant S-Line was at a stupidly cheap price, circa £200 cheaper per month than now at brokers and more than that than...
That image is of the old virtual cockpit which comes with A4 and A5 models with the smaller (standard) or larger (upgraded) MMI screen on the dash - pre 2020MY cars. The giveaway is the seperate fuel and temperature guarges which are not part of the main virtual cocpit but in their own areas...
This last bit is not true. The 2020MY A5 S-Line and A4 Avant S-Line have the exact same digital cockpit, the dials and shared features appear in exactly the same place on the dash on my two. Even the central console is the same with the same shared features across both my cars
I had a B9 A5 Sportback S-Line, the 40 TFSI - moved from a Jaguar XF R-Sport. The A5 was so fab I swapped to a B9.5 A5 Sportback, this time with the 35 TDI. Even better and with the diesel I'm getting 63mpg on motorway runs, compared to 45mpg on the TFSI.
The A5 you sit lower, I say a sports...
The further up the Audi range you go ye more you find as standard. However, in 2020MY onwards on the A4 and A5, Audi have omitted electric seats on S-Line that were standard from 2018MY in the UK.
It's all to do with emissions and associated weight of the vehicle.
Trying to get pricing for the doors but Bruce saying there are so many variables and different people choose different brands, blah blah.
I'd rather order the lot instead of just the front if I do the whole package but hard to decide without an idea of cost for the doors.
