I got my car last week, was sitting at the port in Emdem for about 5 days then took about 4 days to reach the dealer once it had left Germany. Not convinced there is a three week backlog in Germany right now given that, and mine was only in a uk port for two days.
Hit status 40 yesterday. After sitting in Emdem for about a week its finally made it to the UK.
Spoke to my dealer and they reckon I should be able to pick it up middle of next week, the wait is almost over!
The dates all seem a bit random to me, still can't figure out any logic behind them.
I ordered mine mid-March and appear to have been given a modified dealer order that was placed on February 10th.....Its now been built and left the factory so should hopefully have it mid-May (so two months...
The approach I've generally used in the past is:
(a) Any significant stuff (i.e. the overall % discount, finance terms etc.) are discussed at the start of negotiation once you're sure you want the car and how much you are willing to pay for it.
(b) Little extra things like full tanks of fuel...
I wouldn't bank on it, my dealer reckoned its a "fuel" and most likely you'll get about half a tank from the factory if you're lucky...at which point I told them they'd be filling it up (I species the large tank) before I took delivery, which they reluctantly agreed to.
Only thing I've seen "officially" is talk about Audi providing a SIM and data connection for the Audi Connect services in MY17 b9s but it's not clear if that will happen at the start of MY17 or sometime later.
Are you sure? I'm the same (the order date showing in yourAudi is about 1 month prior to the date I actually ordered) and I was assuming that was due to my order being a modified order the dealer had already put through. Did your dealer explicitly tell you it was a new order? if so then it could...
