Looking at doing this myself, just made a few hardware changes including a head rebuild and I'm now getting 106% duty cycle on standard injectors and 4bar fpr, would this be because the engine is flowing more air? IDC before was around the 90% mark after getting mapped by Bill.

Ah ok, having just took mine off again I can see where it's not matched with the black soot rings, opened it up the best I can to match the gasket with the tools I have but I can definitely see why Bill doesn't want to port and sell these anymore lol.

When JNL ported your chinafold did he port the head side of it and gasket match it? Just had mine off and one of the runners overlaps the port on the head by alot, if that makes sense.
Got a multilayer steel gasket coming, same as the oem one but larger bore and a bit thicker, so I'll redo it all again once that comes.
I didn't port it but checked it the best I could and it seemed dead flat.
Yep using the right size (65mm) bolts.
I tried gasketless but leaks too much without getting both faces skimmed flat so having to use a copper gasket, never had this issue when using the same gasket on the V4 though.
I give up with this now, never thought I'd say this but wish I had never got rid of the relentless v4.
Bolts still coming loose even though they're lock wired and it's impossible for them to move, could the threaded inserts in the turbo be moving?
