Haven't got a camera, just rear sensors. Have yet to enable the visual display with VCDS either. They were having a difficult time with the hedges and long grass to be honest!
Slowly crept into it to be honest! Thought it was just some overgrowth then heard a very slow crunch! Lucky it didn't go much further back or hit the light cluster though!
Drving through country lanes the other day and came across an entire motorcade of large (very lost!!) heavy goods vehicles. Had to back into this tiny little driveway with a few other people and ended up tapping a hidden wall behind a huge amount of overgrown plants! Fuming is an understatement...

Just hit my rear bumper in a country lane. Didn't go as high as the light cluster luckily but goes right to the bottom. There's a crack/hole about a quarter inch tall along with a nice array of scratches above and below. First time I've ever damaged a car in my years so far!
Sorry to hear that. At least no one was threatened or injured when they got into your house. How are you moving forward from this point? Going to keep the car or get rid?
I have managed to teach myself since getting the car, probably took a good few months before it was smooth and not jerky or violent. Even in quick reaction circumstances I can rarely notice a difference anymore, will take a lot of getting use to and would recommend a cautious approach!
One day they may actually get car tax right in the UK.

It will state what oil grade is acceptable in your manual, toward the back. From memory mine was listed inside the 'General Maintenance' chapter, and is listed as VW 504 00 for petrol engines and VW 507 00 for diesel engines.
If I'm totally off throttle and press the downshift paddle, the gearbox will immediately drop gears as long as the RPM hadn't got too low in the initial gear before I changed it.
Pressing the downshift paddle whilst under any throttle load will usually slip the clutch and take a couple seconds...
How the hell do you manage prices like that? Best offer for tyres I've ever had from my dealer was over £40 per corner more than my usual tyre place, so went there instead!
