Easiest way to stop any confusion is for you to supply the oil you want putting in your car. I took my son's Golf 7 R in for a service at the local VW garage and asked for VW spec 504 oil to be used. When I saw the invoice I noticed that VW spec 502 has been used. During the booking in...- prt57
