bigger nozzles for the 2.5 TDI V6, at last useful info !!!

Hi, Are you still able to supply the 8 x 180 nozzles? I have a 2.5tdi ake engine with a very knackered turbo that I will be replacing with a bv50, I also have a set of BAU heads that I may swap (depending on how bad the ake cams are) the car really deserves more torque!

rns-e in b6 a4 pins for can bus

I removed the trim that sits below the dash on the driver's side (3 screws) popped the obd port out the trim, exposed the conductor on the k1 and k2 lines and shorted them with a jumper wire while I did the coding etc, I disconnected the jumper when I was done just incase it caused any issues...

    rear wishbone bushes

well I completed one of the wishbones today and I don't recommend it unless you have the patience of a saint, rear subframe needs dropped to allow access to remove the front most bolt, coil spring compressor is a must too, discovered that the shock has seen better days, corroded at the top and...

rns-e in b6 a4 pins for can bus

Hi all I've fitted an Rns-e unit in my b6 a4 avant and it works great, I even got a tv tuner adapter module so that I can use an external av source (in this case a dvd player thats now resides on the glove box) however the unit was originally taken from an a3 and as such will have its audio...

    rear wishbone bushes

yeah, the issue is that one of the bushes is extremely perished, when I was changing the dif oil seals I noticed that the metal core had completely parted company with the rubber, so for the effort involved to remove the large wish bone its worth replacing all 4 bushes, I will do the camber arm...

    rear wishbone bushes

I've polybushed before and yes its labour intensive, If I was going to polybush the rear I would do it myself, I have all the equipment and access to a lift, its the price of the bushes that are prohibitively expensive, have a look at the link I posted earlier...

New Guy - My poor V6tdi - What would YOU do??

what fault was showing up in vcds regarding the injector pump? I only ask as i had mine fail on my ake and it turned out to be a cheap fix with replacement of a faulty transister on the control module, theres a load of companies who can repair it for around £40, I had a coms error with control...

    rear wishbone bushes

I found this site: https://www.akmotorsport.net/shop/all-parts/bushings/full-rear-suspension-wishbone-polyurethane-kit-audi-b6-b7/ but its a hell of a lot of cash for bushes and I would only consider spending this much if I had a damn good reason for stripping the **** end ie sandblasting and...

    VCDS in Edinburgh/Mid-Lothian area

had the typical transistor failure in the vp44 pump on my b6 a4 2.5tdi, had it repaired but it sounds like the static timing has been thrown off when the pump died doing 70, because its the v6, vcds lite cannot be used to check that static timing using the timing graph function so I'm hoping...

    no fuel at injectors, help!!!

discovered that the ecu box wasn't properly fastened to the bulk head, definite evidence of water dripping into cabin (I believe this would have been the case of the at control unit failure when I bought the car) getting +12v on the fuel cut solenoid when I switch the ignition on, then it...
