Had my car in local garage and came out with a Nasty rattle on low rpm under 2k revs sounds like a chain rattle then after 2.5k revs when moving...
So sump off job change pick up pipe and oil pump anything else while in there ?
Thicker oil didn't help so drop that out now and the oil pump is the next thing to change the chain making that work would that need changing or...
Oil pump chain garage said the old owner had thicket oil in so hide the matter so what they like to change ?
Car is in garage now aux belt is off
Car had service other day and now making a noise which at low speed and rev like rattling and higher speeds goes again Either thinking pulley...
