    Seatbelt reels slow to retract - Irritation, or is it a safety issue?

    from memory its only a "failure" if they don't fully retract ,its been about 11 years since I was an MOT tester . Sorry but I don't know the costs...

    would you not be cheaper buying an Evo ? ,,,fast and handle well !? ;-) ,,,,,what about the Focus Rs ? - front wheel drive but works well ....
