Reverse Sensors, no display on MMI???

I would like this on my Audi A4 B8 S-Line 2013, I only have rear sensors, no sat nav. Anyone near Shropshire could help me out please.Have activated visual parking display with no issues on sooooooo many 8V's which only have rear sensors, latest was a 2016 car while at the car wash today

Check the VCDS map, button at the top of page, for someone near you and fire them a message

Do I need to have vcds, as it is quite expensive. I have the same problem and can't get the parking sensors to display on the screen.
They have helped and answered the question a few times.
Check VCDS map to see who is around you.
#163 from DJALEX says to check the map.

Best way to seek assistance outside of a professional service would be to pop to the top of the page and look for the VCDS map button, select and check the map for users close to you and then send a message asking for assistance. System works well but be patient as some members take time to answer.

Help needed i have a 2014 with front and rear parking sensors but when i put it in reverse i don’t get the visual display unless the tailgate is open and when its closed I only get the display by pushing the button there is no faults showing on VCDS

Hi All.
I have a 2015 A3 sportback 8V.
It didn't come with reverse sensors, so I bought a genuine Audi kit, 8v0054630A,
Just reading through instructions and this doesn't appear to be a kit you can see on MMI screen, I can't see any way of getting data to screen,
It looks like just buzzer in boot.
I've read about activation too, but dont see what's to activate, am I missing a trick here?

Audi don’t make a genuine retrofit kit, they just rebrand aftermarket ones which do not connect to the vehicles systems.
Well that would explain that then. Please don't say same about cruise control as got that to do to but that does have a activation code thing.

As long as you have a genuine and new cruise control retrofit kit, correct for your vin, there should be no issue however you can only activate this via the genuine VW group service tool.
