Getting to the point of needing new suspension for my A3 TDI. I was thinking KW street comfort kit but hear it will give a much firmer ride than OEM. Roads are smooth in the Summer, Winter I drive broken snow floor. Looking at going back to strut and spring setup. What would you guy recommend for a good kit?

The standard seems to be eibach pro kit with Bilstein dampers for a mild drop at half the price of an OEM springs and dampers setup. Should be firmer than stock sline still.

Went for VWR myself for a 2.0 tfsi since I could not get the eibach, don't know if they do it for the TDI though.

I have Eibach Pro-Kit springs and OE dampers. Need to change dampers at some point, would also like to hear from people with aftermarket dampers to see what they think. Failing that, it'll have to be OE equivalent dampers for me.

Mines a TDI and OE springs were awful. Crashy and bouncy, weird...

More research I've done more I might switch to coilovers. I know the ride will get firmer but the benefits will beat out the negatives. Looking at KW street comfort. What I read owners really like them. Few of these reviews are from BMW owners but never the less reviews have been positive. Anyone have KW street comfort or similar, and how do you like them?

Same as above I’ve got eibach pro springs with OE dampers and it’s perfect for me. Mine is an S Line and the stock ride is shocking and too hard. with the eibach pro it’s a more comfortable ride with good handling and 5mm lower than S Line springs

5mm is a nice height, I might explore 10mm KW spacer. I think the minimum height you can go 10mm below stock height for street comfort coilovers. Not looking to floor the car. Very snowy winters where I live, and work.

The KW Street Comfort kit is a good option and as the name suggests, one of the more comfortable options.

Let me know if we can be any help with info or prices.
