Weird squeak

I've had this weird squeak in my car for a while now. It's not your typical rattle or squeak. It only appears when I turn right (typically going around a roundabout) and appears to come from the left hand vent area. It get stays until I straighten up and goes away again until I next turn right.

I'm thinking it may be a squeaky fan but wondering if anyone else has had something similar?

In case anyone experiences the same, I seem to have sorted it for now. It was the cooling blower fan behind the glovebox. Took it out and it looked okay, so put some lithium grease on the spindle as I read the bearing can dry up. Hasn’t squeaked since I did this yesterday. Fingers crossed that sorted it.
