Hi All,
Long story short, I blew my engine with stage 3 map (Revo) up a while ago. Work, moving house and other odds and sods meant I asked a mate to remove the old engine while I set up the new one. Anyhow, it is now pretty much one large mechanical jigsaw and as I didn't take it apart, I'm having trouble putting everything back together - especially as he seems to have "Lost" a few bits.
First question is this - On the Turbo there is a take off pipe (about 10mm - Pictured). Am I assuming that this goes to the top of the rocker cover (Two pipes, one about 25mm, the other approx 10mm).
Then there is the Aircon hoses. If anyone has a diagram of just how these fit, that would be fantastic. The problem I have is that one of the hoses (from the bulkhead, going into the cabin - the larger of the two hoses; does this hose fit to the compressor or to the Aircon Rad on the intercooler / radiator assembly?) just doesn't want to fit anywhere. I then have two other connections (total 3 connections) but can only find 2 x places for them.
