Hi everyone,

A while ago, I got the original audi LED dome lights retrofitted (originally had the halogen version)
However, there is something that's still not right, see attached pictures:

If I press button A, then every led in the front and rear side goes on.
If I press button B, then the corresponding led (rear right side) doesn't light up.
However, if I press button C, then the corresponding light (left rear) does light up.

The cable that connects the rear to the front is an OEM cable (not custom made). I also tried another rear LED-unit but the problem wouldn't go away.
The main power cable is connected/pinned as shown on the pictures.

Though, after installation of the LED interior, I didn't do any coding. Is this perhaps needed? Because I could image that the system thinks there is only one ''button'' on the rear side (since the halogen version that I had only contained one button on the rear unit)

Is the rear LED module new or used? The button B on the rear module is broken perhaps?

no, as i’ve already said, i tried another rear light device (the whole thing), but problem persists

Definitely an issue with wiring. There’s no coding involved for this retrofit. I assume you repinned and added a new 12v wire for the front dome light? And you installed a new wire harness running to the rear dome lights?

If you wired everything correctly, your front dome light unit could also be defective.

The wire harness running to the rear dome lights is bought new OEM
It is really weird, since the rear right light goes on when I push the central-everything-on button in the front, but the individual button doesn't work.
Could this still be related to the front unit? That's why I hoped someone with this working could make a picture of how the wiring in the plug is.
