Leather seat has popped out

Hi, just wondered if anyone has had any problems with the leather popping out of the headrest.
I noticed it today and pulled the plastic up to see if it clipped anywhere but couldn't see where it clips.
Any help would be greatly appreciated or its a trip to Audi.

Yeah, mines done that - I figured I’d wrenched it when reaching into the back seat.
Managed to manipulate mine back in relatively easily

I couldn't see where the plastic tab went.
No slot for it to slid into.
I think the kids have wrenched it in the back

It slides in vertically into the frame that the plastic cover clips into.
