crankcase ventilation hoses

Hi,

I was hoping somebody could get me a part number for a hose which has split. Its the pipe under the y piece which goes down towards the oil filter housing. It has a clip to hold another pipe on the side of it.

Another question is that I replaced this hose 2-3 years ago and it has failed again!!

I really can't remember It was a used or new part....... But the car now has a different engine in it due to a blue smoke issue.

I was driving today and the low oil light flashed up on the dash and I nursed it home. Got under the bonnet to get a drop of oil and noticed this pipe had split, I presume this is the reason for the excessive oil used ??

I have noticed some performance drop of late, Obviously due to loosing boost due to the broken hose.
