You might have a family of mice within the right wheel arch?

Is the noise inside or outside the car? Try narrowing down the area, for example I had a creak when I turned to the right and it eventually got narrowed down to the base of the drivers seat hadn’t been put together correctly.

It could be lots of things but simple things that I have personally encountered along these lines are 1) A problem with an old, worn drop-link and 2) the "tracking"/wheel alignment being significantly out of specification.

I had a similar issue, mine was more like a clicking. Dealer replaced a wheel bearing and it rectified the issue, strange as I've never know a noise as experienced coming from a wheel bearing
