I would say they will fit fine bit you may need to put adapters on.

As above, I believe you can get plug and play adapters similar to these:
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/133021206756

Or speak to one of the retrofitters on here who can wire and code correctly

These adapters are a scam. They do not work and they're usually super hacky and very dangerous to your car (exposed wires, etc.).

@op It is possible but will require some time and a lot of money. If you have the money, good luck.

You NEED the adapters and you also need vcds to reprogram the cars bcm to tell it you have bi xenons with led drls

The loom adapters won’t work without coding
They are basically a 10 pin to 14 pin adapter

Here you go: https://www.kufatec.com/en/audi/a3/...th-daytime-running-light-for-audi-a3-8v-39252

You may also need the headlight levelling control system if it isn't included in the set above: https://www.kufatec.com/en/all-products/auto-leveling-headlights-retrofit-for-audi-a3-8v-39253

And don't forget the headlight washing system if you want all done by the law.

EDIT: I see on your pictures that you have the headlight washers already.
Thank you very much guyys .
So I will need adapter wires then ?
dp_motley ugghh that is CRAZY price I can get them on ebay just for £500 from china replica

Agree. I did it myself on my previous car, a 8PA. I bought used headlights from a breaker. But can you find the levelling control system in China? I don't know how it's all realised in 8V, but there was a lot of work and wires involved when I did it to my 8P. It's a hell of a job and if I was to do it again, I would pay to a professional retrofitter to do it much faster and without my/your own back pain.

Pretty sure they are just holes. All A3 8v have the gaps for the washers but not all have them. Mine didn’t and it had the same set up as the OP, ie: halogen lights. I looked in to fitting the led or xenon whatever they where, was going to work out super expensive so I just left it. My advice: sell the car and get the spec you want. Way cheaper in the long run.

Sell the car ? jesus just got it on saturday..
Actually here is the link for the modified replica LEDs headlights : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LED-DRL-Xenon-Head-Lights-Headlights-For-Audi-A3-8V-13-2016-Right-Left-Assembly/273822240410?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
so maybe just needs plug n play and enable it in VCDS as @1wheelonly said

I have a set of RHD xenon with ballast if you're interested, perfect working condition and no scratch... I retrofitted FL LED etc so...

Hi
May I see some pics please?
And what is the price?

I can’t tell. I just know from personal experience that problem who bought these conversion looms from eBay cane back to professionals saying they don’t work and ended up paying more.
So how come just simple swap wont work ? it is just DRLs , dipped and hi bean and turning lights I don't think audi would change wiring pin outs .. connector should be the sme .. Or?

Is all this worth it? i mean, your gonna have to get washer jets and auto-leveling sorted too ontop of the lights fixing and the loom in the above link. New switch in the car too.... Its a nice project i guess though.

I cannot find how to enable water jets guess I have just dummy those squares ..

i fitted bi xenon to my old A3 8p. There is quite a fair bit of work involved in fitting both the headlight washers and the levelling sensors. Its a labour of love type job as to pay somebody else to fit them would not be worth it imho.

Whether or not you need headlight washers depends on the light output, not the type of headlight. The regulations say they are needed if the light output exceeds 2000 lumens. My FL A3 Sport has xenon headlights, but because they are just below the 2000 lumen threshold, washers are not fitted.

Just spoke to one garage and they said it would cost quite a lot ... 500 lights + modules + programing + work total grand ..
Don't know why you still saying jet washers I don't have them.. those maybe in higher trim I have sport trim

And only the low beam output, not high..
Why only low beam ?
Looks like I just stick with stock ones I ordered LED bulbs at least.. that should be enough..
I just miss that LED strip on top makes car premium .. very nice
Maybe when I save some money then will consider..

Washer jets & levelers were not required for mot when I’ve done it in the past, ONLY if they were factory fitted are they required for mot
That’s what I was told at my local mot station where I asked before fitting

Also as mentioned above, lower wattage etc now fitted on newer cars makes levelers and washers redundant

The loom adapters are not a scam and are deffo needed, your converting a 10 pin loom to a 14 pin headlight

I’ve done many of these conversions now and you deffo need the loom adapters
If you don’t want to buy off eBay then kufatec sell them

At least one and first positive post..thank you man .. I was thinking why washers when I don't have them .. It wouldn't not make sense then all cars without washer jets wouldn't pass mot..
I have cut outs but guy said they are crash sensors..
So I just will need lights and wire loom adapter ? or what else ?

I have changed headlights, added Fog-Lights and on and on and on.
There is not hardly anything that I have not had done over all the years that have gone by.

Just keep in mind when and if you actually carry out this change ???
To make sure it's all OEM so that when you do get ready to change cars the Dealership and or Individual getting it doesn't question the (Alteration).
And speaking for myself it gets really-really costly when something like your wishing to do is done by a professional shop.
And also using all Factory parts ............

Good-Luck with your project,

I know you dont have washers! i knew that before you did! But i was under the impression that cars fitted with LED and Zenon headlights needed washers. If you dont, then my bad... Its your car...Just trying to help! I think most people on here try to keep their car to OEM standard and try to upgrade or modify their cars to be of a higher spec but keeping it pretty much genuine Audi. Not many people are using ebay tat to modify, hence why most of us cant understnad why you would want to not go down that route...

Hello greetings from EU to you too :)
I had previously Audi A3 2011 I tuned it all speed bumped to 200bhp I purchased parts on eaby lowering spring , brake pads ,discs, changed all bulbs to led inside out.. it was great car but old no inside equipment no connections and it reached 125000 miles so I decided to sell it ... and I found this nice audi a3 car 2015 quattro 184bhp stock (definately will tune it up for more bhp later ) and no problems .. 46000 miles .Part exchange car value £4 grand and I paid £5 chash on top .. So no any problems with selling .. it was private seller..
Yeah I used bosch discs and pads ,kyb absorbers, I didn't use cheap stuff ... :)
