Accessing Audi connect website

Has anybody had any recent success in logging in?

I keep getting redirected to the 'septic' website which, predictably, doesn't have my log in credentials
 
Thanks, just noticed in the bottom right hand corner of the log in screen it was default to USA rather than the UK and therefore redirecting me to the Audi USA website.

There seems to be more functionality there than before but still not as good as the old version.
 
Logged in today and it no longer links to my car and typing the VIN again didn't help...

Glad I took delivery of my car before Audi started migrating to the new platform

Just checked and my car is 'back' - good thing I inputted just about anywhere I was likely to go into "my destinations" while waiting for the car to be built as that functionality was nowhere to be seen!
 
Yup broken and they don't know when it'll be fixed either. See response:
"Thank you for contacting Audi AG.

As, the vehicle is under the jurisdiction of Audi UK it has been passed on to me to respond.

On behalf of Audi UK, I am sorry to learn you are unable to access any service information and vehicle specification on My Audi portal and My Audi application. I can confirm this has been raised and the features will be available in the future. Unfortunately we can not provide a time scale."
 
Being positive - at least the app can see my destinations, suppose I ought to see if the car can as well
 
I got exactly the same reply weeks ago from Audi UK after I raised the issue that all functionality for sending POI, send from phone, etc had been lost.
Particularly annoying and badly timed as I'd just deleted my speed camera data from the car because it didn't seem to be replacing old with new downloaded. The previous version wasn't broken so why on earth did they try to fix it?
The connectivity features is about the only USP that Audi have currently and they have blown it for me.
I've signed up for an I-Pace to replace the S5 so this fiasco has lost them a previously loyal customer
