Hi all

I'm new here just wanted some advise on the noise my rs4 is making

can you please look at my new post ive posted about the RS4 knocking -

what do you think it would be?

connecting rod?

catalytic converter?

engine has misfired on cylinder 3 only i then turned if off and back on again and it made that noise i replaced the spark plug (was fine) and the coil but no luck. could you please shed some light on this if you dont mind

It's always very difficult to tell what is making a noise in a video. Sounds like it's coming from top of the engine maybe the follower for the high pressure fuel pump. What ever it is, it's not a nice sound and I wouldn't be running it anymore. Get it to a garage asap

Hi thanks for the reply

I will get the high pressure pump checked.
Will keep this updated and see what the outcome is. I have not been driving it since I heard the noise
