hi forum.
Back in September I had a choice to make. Keep my S3 or chop it in after only 15 months for either a RS3 or a TTS. Long story cut very short...I went with the TTS as it looked much better, handled amazing and wasn't just another hatchback with identical interior as what I had been driving.
I'm sure I made a balanced choice and the only thing lacking in the TTS is the noise factor. It is much better than the S3 but yesterday I saw a Nardo RS3 at around 5pm driving through Nottingham, I was in the missus Leon by the way, and my god the sound of the thing was insane!! It was around 5 cars in front a lot of the time and it was all I could here...even with my stereo on. I had to turn it off and undo my window (in the rain!)
It's times like this where I occasionally wished I went the RS3 route...you can just have so much fun at slower speeds, whereas the s3 and TTS you have to be hammering it to get the same smile factor.
Still wouldn't change the TTS as 9/10 times I thinks its the better car, but I am honest enough to admit that the RS3 does have one very loud party trick lol
