I've got an A3 TDi at the moment as a loaner while my S3's in for a service - only 3k miles on the clock.
Have to say I'm quite impressed! It hasn't annoyed me yet (although have found my floot flat on the floor a few times, but that happens in the S3 too!)
It's pretty nippy and I am sure it's quicker off at the lights than the S3 - it's pretty good up to about 80mph, and with my Road Angel etc. while cruising on the motorway I could almost forget I wasn't in mine!!!!!
