I'm not totally sure myself, but it is a fairly common swap and I like the fact your looking to upgrade instead of opting for the KO3.
It could be worth trying a few of the tuners pages near the bottom of the main "forum" page and asking them, as some make their own KO4 solutions as well.

as doc says, it needs to be a turbo designed for the A4 platform.
The transverse turbos from TT/S3 wont work, as they're mounted the other way round, ie the exhaust would be pointing forward.
