I'm afriad you don't have much under rights with this one, as the vehicle was an advertisement to offer (accepted on your party) but is a invitation. Under contract law you will have trouble emphasing this in court as there isn't a contract held besides the usually terms and conditions!
Just a thought, is it the sound Aktuator? Perhaps an unplug or for the dealer to adjust the volume, hopefully this will shed some light on the buzzing noise as that purposely vibrates the windscreen and plays a sound to give the car a bassier note.
Thank you everyone for the responses, going to try that trick 'Simon L' and 'Bristle Hound' seeing as when I used CARWOW, my local Ewell dealership quoted back as well as Coventry which of cause was cheapest.

If you don't select the Tech pack does this result in a smaller and poorer quality screen?
Also if you don't mind, what discounts did you manage to get off the dealer?
