I tend to agree with him, from the point of view that they spent the money on the drivetrain and as little as possible on the interior to keep their costs down as much as possible.

Well, Auditography is calling the 0-60 time at 3.1sec (based on the dash metrics). If that’s true, then that is actually draw dropping. Will be looking forward to some impart 3rd party data. As for the flat bottom wheel, whilst I love the look of it in my Mk7.5 Golf, as a tool to actually steer...

Interesting, and whilst 0.2sec isn’t much, I guess when you start talking sub 4 seconds, every 10th is significant. I was expecting around the 3.5 sec mark. Will be interesting once people start putting Stage 1/2 tunes on them.

There’s an embargo until the 26th (I’m surprised they showed the videos above from the press launch in Greece) but the dude from Auditography that was there is saying that the new RS3 is a LOT faster than the claimed 3.8sec 0-60. What a “LOT” actually translates to, guess we’ll find out soon enough.

Anyone know the history behind this white car? After seeing it I was expecting to see further sightings of others, but, nothing - is it a mule etc? Been absolutely nothing since the red/green launch.

I “think” that first set of alloys pictured are the lightweight ones that come with the carbon ceramic brakes. Not sure if you can separate the two options.

There was an in car comment from one of the videos that I saw that said there was a specially developed Pirelli Trofeo (i think) that was matched to one of the car's performance/track modes, also the lightweight wheels. Not sure what the standard tyres are though.
