Ok most embarrassing question I've asked on a forum, but how on earth do you adjust the rear seat headrests on the S7 sport seats? Can get my hand all round about but can't budge them. Have tried a wee screwdriver in the slot bits as well. Manual is no help either. :bull head:

That's what it'll be then! Definitely had to use filler on it, surprised they didn't know that. Oh well, wait and see what happens. As I say glad I'm not paying for it! Thanks for the help guys

Not yet. Took it back to the garage they're going to order a new radar (it was working fine before!) And if that fails a new bumper as the guy said might not be meant to paint over it!

Yeah was done by a fully approved workshop, did a good job of the repair otherwise! Didn't know they had to be aligned, guess I'll be giving them a call tomorrow, thanks for the help!

Thanks for the reply, I've heard the red stuff pads don't have that same annoying squeal when driving around town? For what it's worth, the dealer quoted £780 to replace the pads! Local specialist quoted £180 so I know where I'll be going.
