Hi,
The steering wheel phone buttons defo don't work on mine. Maybe you have to code the car to think it's got the Audi Bluetooth module in (I've not tried).
Here is a picture of the truncated text in the iPod view (hope you can see it in the picture)
I'll try to take a picture of the SD...
Hi,
I've got a Dynavin D-99 Android in mine, I wrote a short review sometime ago, Link.... http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/car-entertainment/156024-aftermarket-08-a3-pioneer-kenwood-dynavin.html#post1568647
10th post down.
Still going good but the iPod interface really annoys me. There is no ABC...
No.... what kept me awake was the fact I had to sleep on the sofa because my wife was giving me grief about having to spend nearly £1000 on it!!:laugh:
I've found it.... it kicks in about 11 secs into the video. Hope it works and I hope it helps.

I had a very similar noise to this on mine about three years ago, but it also sounded like a kettle boiling at times. It kept coming and going but never when I had it into Audi to listen to (typical!).
It turned out to be the AirCon compressor, the bushes inside were collapsing (or something...
Thanks for the link... it made me smile. He should have put it for auction (rather than buy it now) for a laugh.
So far I've not experienced any major problems but I wouldn't like to put the years warranty to the test.
I have found out that.... it would appear that the MAC addresses on the...
Hi Mattyg123,
Yep, I've managed to get the Android side to connect to the Web. Both through my home WiFi and my iPhone 4s (tethered) using the provided dongle. Very easy.
The Android side seems pretty good (but its only 2.2).
Like I said before I'm starting to like it but it's by no means as...
Sorry... I meant if money wasn't so restricted (i.e. not having to use limited funds that the Mrs doesn't know about ).
After re-reading I realized how it read.
I agree with NHN, but don't write the Dynavin off completely until you've had a chance to play with one.
I've just put a D99 Android one in my A4 and for the first few days I had my head in my hands going 'why did I do it"! BUT now I've had time to tinker and learn the system I'm starting to...
Hi,
Does it seem to 'hold on to the revs a bit' also when you press the clutch down between gear change? Mine does both of these and I've been to told it's the clutch switch. I've just not got round to changing it yet.
How much tread have you got left on them? Mine did this when I had about 2mm left, swap for new tyres and it went away. Was on Michelin ps2 now on Vredestein ultrac sessantas.
Here are some pics. Sorry for the bad quality of the after pic but I've just taken this in bad light in the car park.

As I said they would look a bit better set further back but the slash of the exhaust was a bit different and I didn't want to cut it.
I've not bolted them on yet. Just trying to figure a way out that wont damage the exhaust. I'll take a pic later in the works car park but you'll have to excuse the dirt, not had time to wash it for a bit
They just slide on over the originals, not to sure how easy it would be for someone to nick them though, so I'm thinking of some type of bolt arrangement.
The do make your exhaust look more like 90mm though (which is nice).
