Hi Sanny
If need any extra info on changing the pollen filter, check out this link to the A2oc web site.
When changing the air filter, it helps if the car jacked up or on ramps so the element (which is quite long) can be pulled vertically downwards...
Hi John
I agree with Issac, you can't beat the genuine VagCom interface. If however you don't have a laptop or its out of your price range then check out the Gendan web site. They have a range of different priced code readers as well as being an official agent for VagCom and come highly...
Hi LynneC
Check out the A2oc link attached. It may be a faulty flasher relay or the related wiring harness which is mentioned in one of the other threads.

As Dave indicated, Gala, combined with data from the steering angle sensor only adds continuity when the satelite signal is interrupted. Same applies to the reverse wiring which is not really needed either.
I think you only get direction arrows and the countdown bars in the instrument display if...
Hi Jason

Hi faisal
You can buy the genuine Audi radio removal keys from Vagparts and they are definitely worth the cash. I tried a set from Halfords first and they did not fit securely into the radio slots so you risk damaging the head unit while trying to pull it out if it's a tight fit.
Ref the link...
Hi RogerTDI
There is a lot of info about suspension tuning on the A2 owners club web site- see link below. The best set-up for comfort is to fit Koni FSD shocks and 15" wheels with 195/55/15 tyres. If you want to stay with 16" rims then any tyre with a deeper sidewall depth will improve the...
If you have not already seen it, there is loads of good info on tha attached web site. I got a TMC cable for my A2 from a guy called Ralf Deventer who advertises on the German e.bay site. He also sells TMC modules if you don't already have one. You will need to use vagcom...
Screwfix also sell a security bit set which includes 5 point torx bits - useful if you just want to remove the sensor for cleaning with carburettor spray.

Hi bena3turbo
Not sure which type of head unit you have but on later model radios you need to press and hold the RDS and SCAN buttons until 1000 appears.

Hi Scout
It may be the starter pinion sticking and not disengaging correctly due to clutch dust and rust etc on the pinion bendix shaft.
When the engine fires and the revs increase this kicks the pinion out of mesh so the whirring may be the starter overspeeding until this happens. Another...
If you'r planning to stay with Audi/VW group cars in the future then the genuine VagCom lead is future proof and a real investment. UK stockists are listed on the Ross Tech web site - I got mine from Gendan and they are highly recommended - see link
