I gave my s3 up with 36k 2 years ago so why not? It is a low milage but depends how it's been acrued, and anyway if it's got a good history a dodgy milage would stand out like a sore thumb... yet to see the history but as finesse says if it's not there, and comprehensive then no chance RAC...

Could do with some feedback... I went to view a 45000 mile 03 plate S3 today, advertised for £8995. Exterior was fantastic condition (except for the fact it had been keyed, not deep though and would be fixed as a condition of sale), including flawless Avus alloys. Interior just okay...

Hi Martin, maybe interested, can you tell me a bit about it... known faults/blemishes/dings etc, service history, registration year, previous owners... what colour is it? Is it standard or any modifications? Any options.. armrest, bose etc... what £ are you looking for? Thanks, Matt

Hmm... would maybe retro-fit an armrest, but everything else I can easily live without... my next s3 will be a keeper so age/condition/mileage more important, learn't my lesson after selling the last one, have been regretting it for 2 years! There is absolutely nothing that compares to 8L s3...

Totally agree... 8L is a far better looking car, whichever way you look at it. There is something that just doesn't quite work about the design of the 8ps...

What are the service intervals for a b5 a4? How often does the cambelt need to be changed? Looking at buying one with 110K miles... cheers
