Yep, I had this but with a rear speaker. Maidstone Audi had it for service and put in some insulation that has stopped it completely. When they explained what they had done, it sounded like this was quite a common thing and the fix is standard.

Not sure how true this is but I had an A4 before my A6 and when reading about this, the LEDs were there and were in fact the multicoloured ones but the wires were cut/not connected so they only illuminated in white.

I've bought 0W30 oil for top ups in the past but on the last service (last week), I'm pretty sure they specified that 5W30 was used instead.

Took my 40TDI Avant in for service today and mentioned the non-returning door handles thinking that they’ll just spray some WD40 in them but no... Apparently, there were errors for the door/central locking sensors on the handles which needed clearing. They cleared them and did a software update...

I'm interested in the getting rid of the Chrome. Do you know what the rough cost is for that? My only issues is that I have an Avant so need the roof rails done and I'm likely to need to use roof bars at some point - I assume there's a risk it they will get ruined?
