Dyno Run - Lost my old map! :(

Thanks mate, I didn't think that a standard software update would overwrite the map as I've had a software update on before and it was fine (Was for rear windows). But I have a funny feeling the Emissions update would. I doubt they will admit it, but I'll keep badgering them until they admit it...

Dyno Run - Lost my old map! :(

Hi All, I ran my car on a dyno a couple of days ago and was presented with some pretty interesting results. I am pretty annoyed, but also curious as to what I can do about it (if anything). I have an Audi A3 (2010) 2.0 TDI - 170bhp, which I had remapped around 2 years ago with Viezu tuning...

    A3 170 TDI - Timing belt kit/Waterpump + Aux Belt

I paid £550 from Audi in rip off south. But I do get free MOT's for life and that did include the Waterpump as well. I did it for the stamp. Hate paying that amount its a joke. But if it does fail after the works been done by Audi you are in a pretty strong position going forward. It's give...

    Springs H&R vs ST

I got mine fitted yesterday, I got 30mm drop on both back and front, but I honestly cant see much of a difference. Are those 18"?

    Springs H&R vs ST

Do you have a side on close up photo of the arch? I just purchased some H&R 35mm (need to get them fitted), but Im interested to see how it fits, i know S-Line is fairly low anyways, but I was under the impression lowering by 35mm would probably make it sit a bit like an S3....

    Remap ????

Not your fault! I went off topic and to be fair, I am messaging on a thread about S3! So my bad

    2010 sportback black edition mods?

Who you going with? In terms of the induction kit, I used to go with K&N's, had a 57i on my old ST, sounded great! But it was a petrol. With my Diesel, I just kept with a panel filter on mine, but went with the BMC. (http://www.bmcairfilters.com/eng/car-filters/fb444-01/596/art) I think that's...

    Remap ????

Not on a 2.0 TDI...(As far as I am aware) The standard 0 - 60 according to the manufacturer is 7.9 on the 170bhp (which mine is). It's probably more like 8 to 8.5 realistically. The increased torque knocked it down to around 6.5....and the BHP on mine is circa 200-210 need to get it on a dyno...

    2010 sportback black edition mods?

Almost identical to mine (Same alloys) etc. I think most of the above recommendations cover it. I did allot of performance mods before I started with interior and exterior. The black edition S-Line looks the balls anyways, so I don't think much is needed. I would personally save your money...

    Remap ????

I went with Viezu Tuning who are pretty decent, and a fairly big company. They do all the BT fleet and offer insurance on the work (encase it goes wrong, which it never really does). Hear rumors about Revo remaps as they tends to burn out Turbos, but that could be a load of old bo**ocks...

    A3 Black Edition Sportback 2.0TDI (2010) - Lowering Springs

Do you have a photo mate? So i can get an idea of how much a 5mm drop would look like? How does the ride feel for you?

    A3 Black Edition Sportback 2.0TDI (2010) - Lowering Springs

Hi Mate, Thanks for that. Looks really good. It looks very similar to how mine sits currently, so I might need to go lower :/. I think i saw another post someone saying the S-Line shocks sit at 20mm anyways so lowering it to 25 only takes off 5mm....not sure if that true or not.

    A3 Black Edition Sportback 2.0TDI (2010) - Lowering Springs

Hi All, I apologise in advance, as I am sure this has been done to death! I have searched the forums but couldn't find anything specific to the A3 2.0 tdi. I have Remapped, Miltek exhaust and BMC filter, but now looking to lower her a bit. I am fairly happy with the S-Line springs and how it...
