Just a thought, but If you've got rear parking sensors, the genuine article might adjust (via the CANBUS) the sensor range to allow for the extra length of the car with the bar fitted.

Halfords do the Thule range. Also, check out sites like www.roofrackshop.com who have the Thule "Which Thule Roof Rack Fits My Car?" tool to find the various part numbers required. Your requirement will be different if you have roofrails fitted.
