Found the part number by calling Audi since no one here had any input other than the wheel vs. tire comments above. The part number is 1K0-907-253-D and I found them on Amazon for less than 25% of what the dealer wanted.

Yes, sorry, I am in the US. I have not asked the dealer yet but the tire shop said he could order them in install them once they arrive. I may just take that route.
