    You can set the date to display or not. When you go through all the settings, pushing mode button to move on to the next, the last should be a flashing date, push the mode and the flashing should stop.

    Off the top of my head. HVAC>BASIC SETTING>FLAP MOTOR SETTING.

    Sorry can't tell you which flap. A vcds scan would help you can also check flap movement in basic settings.

    I've had this warning in the past. You're right there is no nearside fog light. I removed both rear light units, removed all lamps and cleaned all the connectors with fine emery paper. Never had the fault again.
