looking at purchasing either a 2014 or 15 model, after owning the a4 b7 tdi what are the engines like in the all roads 2.0 TDI if anything like the b7 ill be looking else where as its been problem after problem.

How much are you wanting for drivers side? Altho I'm thinking it will only blow again at plastic side as I'm pushing 200bhp +already so not really intended just don't want the added extra of piping etc for a fmic

Hi, what oil should i be using now? ive had my cars dpf removed egr mapped out.. should i still be using the same oil?? or a diff type? noticed im using alot more oil now.. time for a service and a good look over

i had a similar issue where it whistles had the egr cooler pipe replaced and fixed it.. didnt happen at full speed just on slow acceleration or revving the engine stood still it would happen occasionally

when my egr cooler pipe went it didnt make smoke or anything just had an amazing whistle when you pressed the accel.. or driving around. tho i cannot say it isnt all depends where /if its damaged. you could clean the egr valve and see if it goes.

thats the plan when this egr dies - im just concerned about the amount of oil that is in the intercoolers and piping to inlet manifold. know it will burn it off but seems like adding more to the cocking effect.

thanks just removed the egr and looks pretty grubby but the intake manifold looks worse :( having to work out how to remove now

Hi all, i have the famous egr error so gaskets and seals ordered, however should I clean the intake manifold and is there anything I need to do other than just unbolt and clean? It a 2lt tdi 170. I'm also thinking of adding the allard delete kit but this required the flap to be still working...

guys does this look like one of my lines have collapsed? im running out of places to look, have checked the vacuum side and cant see anything too adrift
