surely it would be better to check master cylinder clearance with this turbo if it's what you're going to be running rather than checking it with a turbo that you're not going to be running? Or did you check before the decision to swap turbo was made?
Hose Technik (Forge) should be able to make you some braided ones to your specification, just need to tell them the length and what fittings you need on the ends. Usually done same day too so shouldn't have to wait ages for them to be made.
admittedly I don't track either of my cars and they're not set up for handling the way yours is so it's a different situation but I own a fwd Ibiza cupra and a haldex S3. Even though the Ibiza is lighter, lower and probably slightly more powerful I much prefer driving the S3, it just has so much...
or if you're thinking of modifying the strut top in a big way anyway why not just cut the cone off, move it inwards by the 10mm that you need and then weld it back on keeping your existing top mounts or would that reduce your outward adjustment too much?
