    Rain sensitive wipers

When the variable intermittent switch is set to lowest that turns on the auto wipers, setting it to anything else makes them manual - I thought.

    Seat Ibiza Cupra TDI 160

I have 130tdi and have had it since new and it is now 4.5yrs old. It is good for the price. I bought it because it had a big diesel engine in a small body. Great for economy. But it has quite high road noise, lack of grip and rattly trim. But it can't be that bad because I still have it...

    Phatnoise questions

Yup, you (well I did anyway) have a connector that goes in there and takes up all the space, but it is very bare. So you just poke all the wires of the new cable into the existing connector and plug it back in. 10min job (only takes that long because of paranoia of getting it wrong).

    Phatnoise questions

Not on mine, I had to insert the pins into the plug that was already there (I bought the audi cable).

    Baby seats - travel systems

It always amazes me to see how kids smaller than mine are just in booster seats. No idea whether the adults think they are protected enough like that.

    Baby seats - travel systems

TuffLittleUnit are you saying that your 4 year old is just on a booster? If so, I wouldn't personally be happy with that. Ours are in Britax Kid seats which give lateral support to their heads. It also came out highly in some consumer report when we bought them.

    Superfast Broadband Questions

You do have a network connection. Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Adapter, Copper RJ-45 is your network adaptor. It is an RJ-45 socket on your PC (an 8 pin socket).

    Bike Rack

www.roofbox.co.uk thule bars with Atera Giro bike racks. Also tried the tow bar mounted ones and on my A6 I thought the tow bar mounted one caused more wind noise. Watch out for actually getting small kids bikes to fit on any rack.

Audi A6 1.9 Tdi or 2.5 Tdi Multitronic

I have yet to get over 40mpg in my 2.5 tdi multitronic. I rarely got over 40mpg with my manual 2.5. With a bike rack on the roof and a bike rack on the rear (2 bikes on each) @ 80mph I got 28mpg. Some people must drive like grannies with some of the figures you seen on these forums.... I...

    A6 1.9TDI Multi Economy

I have a 2.5tdi multi and I get 32-36mpg where my old 2.5tdi manual would do 35-38. I agree with the statement that you tend to accelerate harder in the multi and I think this is where it hurts the economy.

    Parott Bluetooth

I have the Ck3000 and CK3100. I think the CK3100 is better just for the ease of upgrading the firmware! (laptop flash over BT). Both have good sound quality. My samsung phone requires you to manually accept the connection when the unit is powered.
