    2014 A6 Ultra - fuel consumption

    My guess would be there's a lot more traffic during the day and typically more accelerating and braking than usual. That will tank your MPG. I get the same. If I travel during peak hours I average around 30mpg but on quiet mornings I can manage 41mpg.
