Hi I was told by a mechanic that it would be about £400 to do a rack change I’ve never changed a rack I’m ok doing stuff if I watch a video tho I’ve done most stuff myself that way Do you agree with the mechanic he said engine would have to lifted out

Sprayed loads of wd40 in didn’t really help Did the trick where you close the door over on a piece of wood worked great for a few days but when it was frosty went back to not closing
