Hi! Actually, there are 2 el pump's in the tank and 1 in the engine any. They are ok. Now there is no current in the injector circout when the engine stalls/wont start.

Did you Solve this?

Now also tryed to change the injectors but the stalling issue still remains..

I have almost the same problem on my 2008 q7 3.0tdi. It stalls when it reaches operating temp. New HP pump, regulator, filter and crankposition sensor ... If I unplug the temperature sensor, the fan blows all the time and the engine does not reach operating temp, resulting in no stalling...

Tryed to change the CPS but made no difference. Starts imidiatly when cold. Stalls when it reaches operating temperature. Tryed to unplug the coolant temperature sensor. My 2008 3.0tdi stalls when hot. Fires up straight away when cold. Changed HP pump, filter and cps with no difference. Tryed to unplug the temp sensor resulting the fan to blow all the time. The engine did not get any temperature and ut did not stall ås it stayed "cold"

Hi. I have the same problem on 2008 3.0tdi. Difference is I have over 300bar on starter but will not fire when hot. When cold it starts imidiatly. New HP pump and filter. Any toughts??

Hello. Having problems with my 2008 Q7 3.0tdi. Starts prfectly when cold, but when hot it stalls as if out of fuel. When trying to restart it, it takes a lot of turning over on the starter before it starts. Rail pressure showing over 300bar on the starter. Leave it for a while and it fires up...

Heile Telvis. Did this fix your problem? I'm having similar problems with my q7. Will stop when hot as if out of fuel. Starts when cold. Have changed the hpfp and filter. No air bubles in fuel line in front of HP pump.
