There is a similar issue with RS3's and they released a "fix" which was some kind of weight/shim being installed on the calipers i think. This absorbed some of the vibration resulting in either eliminating the noise or reducing it. We are not the only one's with the issue. over on RS246 forum...

I too am in the same situation as you. I have taken it back to Audi on two occasions. I spoke to the service manager and apparently they are aware of the issue and he expects a fix to be released by Audi in the next few months!! I am pretty sure he was fobbing me off, but i have written to them...
