Best way would be to take the block out and have the bores machined, chances are theyre not round anymore. Then obviously new rings and whatever else you can afford whilst your in there. Valve guides are probably all shot aswell.

With an engine like yours you could plan out your build and make something that works to yor advantage. If you try a turbo not used before you might just end up with a car you dont enjoy driving/makes crap power/ has cost you alot of money etcetc.

I had to order a flexhone from america, in hindsight it was way more expensive than the generic 3 stone type ones, and im pretty sure thats what Tufty recommends anyway.
