They were fitted to the lower position, but wouldn't think it would be any different if fitted on top.
Like Jojo said if you have got these fitted I would check them as soon as, I was lucky yesterday morning as wasn't going too fast.

Check all your breather/vacuum pipes, I had a similar problem and the pipe to the diverter valve from the turbo outlet pipe had an hole in it, easy to replace.
Coilpacks are coming tomorrow,in the meantime I managed to get a second hand one off a mate and last night went through each of the coils and found that the one on cylinder 3 was the faulty one.

Over the last 3 days I have fit a "Welly" fmic,new silicon T I P ,done the SAI delete and fit an oil catch can piped to atmosphere.
Fiited the 330 ohm resistors.
Everything was fine this morning,running really well then later in the afternoon it started miss-firing.
