I don't go out to the pub as much since the smoking ban came in, but probably go over the govt guidelines most weeks just from going round mates, armed with a 4 pack, 2 or 3 nights most weeks *shrug* I figure as long as I've not got a beer belly I'm probably not drinking *too* much ;)

Don't know if kids today are actually worse than when I was young, or if it's just a perception built up by the media, but it definitely feels like the former to me. Growing up I mostly respected adults & certainly wouldn't lip one to their face, but then my folks brought me up to have respect...

Call me a luddite but I never trust *any* windows OS until the next one comes out, my home PCs still on Win2k (simply cos it does everything I need) & only recently got forced to upgrade to XP by work *shrug*

Not cool to send that kind of thing round without a proper warning, can understand why you'd be PO'd. Not that I'm the squeamish sort, just not into watching snuff *shrug*

That does look like a bit of an odd scam, I'd guess that it's a simple identity theft thing, pretty certain they're asking for enough info to get the ball rolling on that score. Used to see a *lot* of these in one of my old jobs and they always, *always* give themselves away with their awful...

Yep I wouldn't touch the housing market at the moment, with a bargepole! With it looking like the prices are going to continue falling for at least the near future I think you'd have to be crazy to buy into a situation that's likely to put you in negative equity almost from day one! Add to that...
