Definitely look better than the regular bulbs.

I did come across some LED's that would light up the whole lens but coming in at £28 to do all fours doors I'd rather spend it on something else.

Cheers Craig but he can be a proper PITA at times.

I keep thinking of going down the logo route as I do like the look of them, but I'll leave it for now due to wanting other things first.

looks like your woofer is just dying to get in and check out your handy work....looks nearly as big as on of mine...

He's usually in the car before the doors fully open.....but once he's led down at the front of the house nothing will move him as he's a real nosey **** as well as a big poser. And for a husky he is a big boy.....but looks bigger due to him being a woolly.

This is what he's normally like throughout the day

Now he isn't that bothered about us sitting next to each other....he does it when we kiss and cuddle each other.

So what pooches have you got Rob?

two woofers , one is a 5 year old PBGV and the other is a 22 mth old GSD, which is bigger than our last GSD was when fully grown...he's a bit of a handful sometimes to be honest, well all the time for that matter...lol, love them both to bits though.

ahha the dreaded , rip the ball apart trick, our gsd does that, and to frizzbies awell, he loves astick just like yours, just grabs the nearest tree and carries everywhere, and into the car if he can, had to put a stop that mallarchy straight away....lol, I don't mind a small stick or branch but draw the line at half a tree or log.

@CraigRE nice work with the hair dryer, did you just hold it over the reverse light?? And are the badges at the rear just stuck on? Did they leave any marks?

Have you got a solid dog guard like the one I put in mine Tony or the soft Audi one?

Stop being a wimp and get outside....you should be used to the rain over there!

Also gorgeous dog.....a friend of ours has one also and he's a real character.

I did mine kind of the same way as Craig Dan......but I took my lights off and popped them in the middle of the oven @ 100°C with no bulbs in.

That's not the only thing off the cars I've popped in the oven....good job I did the other things before the new Mrs moved in lol as she'd go mental!

Hope someone can help, the other day for no reason my bumper came off, then I noticed a hell of a lot of screws! Who ever had it before clearly had front damage and just bodged it, some of the original torx / bolts are still screwd on the bumper, but some are missing or wrong size, can I get the complete fitting kit from audi or parts store? Even the arch lining is not even screwed in! Majority of the brackets are broken but I've ordered replacements.

Hi, I bought the car with them fitted, they are rs4 mirrors.

@white.akita nice looking mirrors, did they come with the car or did you buy the separate? I was thinking of getting mine vynil wrapped.

Steps for debadging
Hold a hair dryer over them for about 5 mins...depending hot hot it gets
I just wiggled the badges abit to see if they were getting loose

Once losse take some fishing wire...or the likes of and pull the badge off
In a sea saw motion
..do all badges the same

There will.be a sticky pad thing left on
..again use a hair dryer to warm it up
Rub it off with your finger...expect to get hot fingers and a blister lol

Once black sticker is off...most of it anyways
Spray some lubricant...wd40 or ct85...or the likes off
Rub that in and it should come off

I used a stanley blade...very very very carefully scrape the remainder off

Dry off
Clean
Polish

Jobs done

Top tip use more heat rather then use a stanley blade for obvious reasons lol

For the lights

I just held the dryer next to the lights and waited...and waited...and wai

Looks fantastic that Tony.....looks like I'll have to get mine done now! I seriously cannot believe how different the car looks.

Was it just a case of stick it on and trim it or did you use any heat?

Can you tell its been done...i.e any defects
(Not being negitive...just pictures lie and make things look better/cleaner)
Looks class from the pictures tho top job

can you do the rear side window trim in one piece? the big C shaped one?

a little bit of colour fade on the edges where it tucks around the edge's of the doors where they close on the pillars but you carnt see it, and a small stop start point on that bend at the back, but theres one in the chrome anyway. thats it really mate

can you do the rear side window trim in one piece? the big C shaped one?

i could'nt get it in a onner so i stopped on the bit thats already got a split in the chrome trim then use a hair dryer to go round the bend

fitted black leather seats from a b6, cleaned and conditioned. i just need someone to code out the passenger occupancy sensor now.

White akita..

I may be getting leathers from a b6
Are they a straight swap and easy fit?

Howcome you need to code out the occupancy sensor?

hmmmm, well my origional rear seats had 3 headrests, the ones from the b6 had 2 headrests, there was a bracket for the middle headrest which was stopping the b6 seats from fitting properly so i cut the bracket out then they fit nice.
the fronts were a direct replacement but b6 seats have no occupancy sensor in the passenger seat so that needs to be coded out or you will have the airbag light showing and the airbags will be disabled.
the actual airbag connectors were a perfect fit.
my seats are manual movement and have no power/motors in them so im unsure if they will be a direct swap
i got the seats for £150 from a scrap yard, after a good clean and condition i couldnt be happier with them.

Going with my developing grey and yellow theme.
