There just animated gifs mate................when you search for pics in google it'll throw them up with normal images in the search results.................or search for whatever it is ....animated gif. Then copy and paste same as normal

What's the cost difference to upgrade to 19's Rob? I'm assuming your 18's are mint but you'll still take a hit?

As an option it was 1k so that's my budget really but if I went with the wing style I could do it for half or for some the same as yours maybe 1.5k as they're hard to come by used so would prob have to buy new. Mine are mint and with the Asy 2's and lowered now look the part but it's always in the back of my mind ....

Downpipe fitted and stage 2 is also 1k.

I know what you mean mate depends what the long term plans are I guess - keeping mine for 2 years min so don't mind having a play. It really does transform the car tho that extra 70-80bhp is a difference maker sub 4s 0-60 is nice to have but the extra torque is epic.

Hi mate....haven't had a chance to take the rs7 for a spin yet...but have mine with the mods done.
First impressions of the TCU upgrade are that it's an absolute must if you go Stage 1. Makes the gear changes much smoother and feels how it should from the factory. Now when you are in Dynamic or put the box in Sport you don't want to get out even when just cruising around. Lightning fast changes. I would go as far as saying that my car feels like Stage 1.5 now. It's really worth doing.
Talking to my mechanic about the catch can he was very impressed with it and how clean it kept the internals when he dismantled some pipes around the turbo on another car. It's meant to fit with the APR carbon intake and bolts to the side of it with a purpose made bracket supplied with it. There's a long plastic tube hangs from below it and a small tap that you just periodically turn to drain the residue in it out...preferably not in your garage. So if you have that intake I would recommend it also if you've gone Stage 1 plus.
Forge atmospheric valve. This is a bit Marmite. My mechanic swears it's better to release the air quickly to air. I'd say the car doesn't feel anymore responsive than the GFB diverted valve but it does have a cool sound or chavvy sound depending on your views on life. It's not overly intrusive in the cabin but can be heard very clearly. Outside might be different. I let it off in my multi storey car park and it set a car alarm off. The pros mechanically are literally that...it's mechanical and doesn't have a solenoid that can fail...so it's arguably more reliable. I'm having fun with it and that's about it really I feel...
Boost pipes not worth mentioning other than I've learned how some are good and some aren't. Personally I would only ever go with Forge ones from now on or ones from APR or Revo for example if they provide as part of a kit. I put some Spulen ones on a few months ago and I'm not happy with the fit...I'm removing one and going back to OEM because it's pushing up on the catch can from below.
I'm going to order the new APR intercooler and hoses kit....and APR also do a very nice carbon intake pipe which will finish off the carbon look under the hood and removes another Spulen thin walled cheap quality hose.
